Lose Belly Fat - Why You Can't Spot Reduce

In healthy, balanced I mean, a diet (no salt) a lot of fruits and vegetables, lean meats like chicken and fish, nuts and whole grains contain. I notice no mention that you should take. This is not the way to lose belly fat.


If you starve your body or to remove one of the macronutrients (proteins, lipids, carbohydrates), you will not lose belly fat. Instead, you'll finish the game with your metabolism. In essence, you will slow down your metabolism and stop loss of belly fat, even before it begins.

So can really lose the belly, not looking at, looking to close the gap. Spot reduction does not work. Instead, you must focus on the loss of fat in the body as a whole. You need basic exercises, cardio and high intensity. And you have a healthy balanced diet
