Any REAL Force Factor Reviews?

Over the past few months we've gotten many requests for real reviews of the "Force Factor" muscle building product that's being sold all over the Inter-webs. And we know why. If you use just about any of the popular web portal or news sites (e.g. MSN, Yahoo, Digg, Myspace, Facebook, etc.) you've definitely see the ads. There's usually a picture some heavily muscled guy and a promise to show you how he got "ripped" in a matter of weeks. We've been avoiding posting Force Factor reviews but it looks like we're gonna have to tackle it sooner or later, especially since it appears that the web is littered with fake/dishonest reviews and ratings of the product.

At first glance, and without knowing a whole lot about the product, I can tell you that Force Factor is probably a scam... or at least a rip-off. Call it intuition and many years of watching how products (both good and bad) are marketed in the fitness, weight loss, and bodybuilding niches. the way that this particular product is marketed raises all kinds of red flags for me.

Don't get me wrong, I think that nitric oxide booster products (which is what Force Factor basically is) are pretty dang good. They give you a sensation muscle "pump" and are a great way to flood blood and nutrients into muscle tissue before and/or after a hard strength training sessions. I also personally notice a significant increase in strength and power when I take a nitric oxide boosting substance (which is often just simple, cheap L-arginine!)

The main problem I see with Force Factor is its cost. It seems much too expensive for a simple NO-booster. Also, I know that it's often marketed as one of those "free trial" offers that turns out not to be so free, mainly because they start auto-shipping you new (full-price) bottles if you don't cancel. Always read the fine print before you buy Force Factor or any other supplements... nothing is truly free in this world!

The Truth About Acai Berry / Colon Cleanse Diet Products

It seems like you can't go online these days without seeing about a thousand ads for acai berry diet products. Now we're seeing more and more advertisements for "weight loss success" blogs supposedly written by people who have lost lots of body fat very quickly and easily... simply by taking an acai berry supplement and a "colon cleanser" product.

Of course, these nice people just want to share their good fortune with the world by telling us exactly how we too can buy these fantastic "magical" fat loss products that require little or no dieting or exercise. The thing is... there's no doubt these blogs are all fake! They almost all look the same, promote the same products, and tell pretty much the same versions of the same story.

Anytime you see something like that you can be sure there's about a 99% chance it's a rip-off scam.

As I've said before, acai is a great source of healthy antioxidants. But it's not something that's going to help you lose a lot of weight all by itself. You can buy quality acai products for much less than what many of these acai diet pills cost and get many of the health benefits the fruit provides.

As for colon cleansing, it probably doesn't hurt and may even help you lose a couple of pounds easily. But those pounds won't be from fat loss. They'll be from "poop loss". Plus, you can do a natural colon cleanse/detox whenever you want by simply drinking lots of pure water and eating a raw diet for a day or two based around raw organic vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. No need to buy some expensive colon cleansing product when you can do it much cheaper and, probably, experience even more health benefits on your own.

The bottom line: these fake weight loss blogs promoting these highly questionable, over-priced products are created by marketers and scammers who just want to take your money. Don't give it to them!

The Truth about Acai Berries

Lately I've been seeing a lot of ads for diet supplements containing the acai berry. They promise fast, easy weight loss. As I said before, this is just pure BS. Antioxidants don't equal fast, healthy weight loss... no matter how powerful (or "exotic") they are! Yet, since I'm seeing sooo many ads for these products, it's obvious that the popularity of the acai fruit is about to explode.

If you have some extra money to spend it may be worthwhile to try out one or two of the most popular acai berry supplements... not as a weight loss aid but rather as an overall health and energy booster.

If you're just looking for natural sources of healthy antioxidants, many common fruits and vegetables are full of them!

The Fastest Way to Lose Weight

Don't let anybody fool you. The fastest way to lose weight has nothing to do with crash/fad diets or miracle "fat burning" diet pills. Likewise, no fitness gadget or home workout program, by itself, is going to provide you all you need to lose body fat as fast as possible.

The fastest -- and best -- way to lose weight is to combine the 7 steps outlined below into one comprehensive "all out" weight loss program. Ready to change your body fast? Then here we go...

1. Mind Programming

Program your mind for success by creating a powerful goal statement, focusing on your one most-important fitness/weight loss goal. Read it often. Repeat until it's practically the only thing you think about. This kind of focus is the real "secret" to achieving difficult goals in a very short amount of time.


2. Fat Loss Jumpstart

Jump start your fat loss by doing a 1 or 2 day fast and/or "all raw" diet.
