One of the great things about doing bodyweight training to burn fat, build muscle, and get super-fit quickly is the high level of creativity it allows for. Burpees are one of the most effective total-body exercises you can do. But sometimes they can seem boring. The key to making them more fun -- and even more effective -- is to change things up constantly, both in terms of how you do them and where you do them. Here's a quick example of what I'm talking about:
