The Best Exercise to Burn Fat Fast

It's a very common question: "What is the best exercise to burn fat fast?" Some fitness experts will say running, some will say high-intensity interval training (HIIT), some will say heavy weight training, some will say Crossfit-style circuit training.

All good forms of fat-burning exercise. But, in our honest opinion, the single best exercise to burn fat fast is the burpee. Here's why:

-- Just about anyone can learn how to do it
-- You can do it almost anywhere
-- It is a high "metabolic cost" exercise
-- It forces you to use all the muscles of your body in coordinated movement
-- It builds and tones muscle while burning fat
-- It simply kicks your ass in the most efficient manner possible
