A Quick Way to Lose 10 Pounds and Get Fit Naturally

Want to lose 10 pounds, get fit, boost your energy, and feel GREAT... 100% naturally? Then just follow the proven tips below...

1. Write down a goal -- Spend half an hour to come up with and write down a specific short term goal. Losing 10 lbs is a realistic objective that can significantly improve the way you look and feel in a relatively short amount of time.

2. Cut out all sugars and starches -- Cut refined sugars and most starchy carbs out of your diet for the next 3 weeks. The only starches you should consume during this time are beans, legumes, and bananas. No breads/grains, rice, potato, etc. This is a smart way to cut calories and stabilize your blood sugar and insulin levels. After 3 weeks you can start rotating starches into your diet.

3. Eat a paleo-like diet -- Eat mainly natural, unprocessed "paleo" foods: lean meats, eggs, fish/shellfish, nuts, seeds, vegetables, raw fruits, and small amounts of healthy oils (virgin olive oil, coconut oil, etc.). Also eat plenty of beans and legumes to help keep hunger and food cravings under control This healthy fat loss diet will give you tons of energy and help you drop pounds very quickly.

5. Cover the basics -- Get plenty of sleep (at least 7 hours). Drink lots of water (at least 60 ounces a day). And avoid alcohol and drugs. These are simple but vitally important if you want to lose weight and get fit fast!

How to Lose Weight in a Week

Have you waited to the last minute to lose those few extra pounds? Need to drop a pant size to fit into that new outfit? Only have a week to get rid of some of that ugly belly fat before the big pool party?

If you closely follow the steps outlined below you can easily lose weight in a week... at least 5 to 10 pounds!

1. Get mad and set your mind.

Stand in front of a mirror and grab your flab with both hands. Get mad a at it. Allow it to create mental energy and motivation to lose weight quickly. Now create a simple goal statement. Something like: "I will lose 5 pounds in 7 days by eating clean and exercising efficiently". Read that goal daily and focus on it constantly for the entire week.

2. Do a 1-day lemon water fast.

For a 24 hour period don't eat or drink anything except pure spring water with lots of fresh lemon juice squeezed into it. This is a simple "detox" fast that will help you lose a pound or two while cleansing your body and boosting your energy.

3. Eat a "plant and protein" diet.

For the entire week eat only lean proteins, fish, and fibrous "good" carbs -- mainly vegetables and fruits. Also eat some nuts and seeds each day, preferably unsalted. Try to get 50% of your calories from raw foods, especially raw veggies, fruits, nuts, and seeds. Every other day eat a big serving of beans or legumes. Avoid ALL processed foods, including refined sugars, flours, and fats. Also avoid whole grains and dairy during this week.

4. Do short, intense workouts.

Do 4 short, intense, interval-based workouts during the week. Do about 10 minutes of "full body" strength training using bodyweight exercises (e.g. pushups, pullups, dips, squats, lunges, crunches, etc.) and 10 minutes of high-intensity interval training (aka HIIT cardio). This will burn lots of fat and cause your body to produce powerful steroid-like hormones that burn fat even while you're sleeping!

5. Take support supplements.

Every day take the following supplements: whey protein powder, omega 3 fats, and a good multivitamin. Forget about those "fat burners" you see sold everywhere. Most are just caffeine with some vitamins thrown in. If you need a pre-workout energy boost drink some black coffee, green tea, and/or a sugar-free energy drink.

Fat Loss Mistakes You CANNOT Make

Want to lose fat fast? Then you absolutely CANNOT make the following mistakes....

Not having a specific goal.

Without a specific detailed goal statement you're not going to lose weight as quickly and efficiently as you could.

Not creating and building on powerful momentum from the start.

Momentum is everything when it comes to fast and healthy fat loss.

Not taking steps to increase energy levels.

High energy is a must if you want to be able to make the all-out effort required to lose fat quickly.

Letting yourself get hungry.

Hunger has no place in an effective fast weight loss program.

Not avoiding simple sugar and refined flours and fats.

If you eat simple sugars, refined flours, or trans fats you have little chance of achieving fast, healthy weight loss results!

Not making lean proteins, good carbs, and healthy fats the cornerstones of your diet.

For best weight loss results, 90% of your calories should come from lean meats/proteins, "good" carbs, and healthy fats.

Not learning how to rotate/cycle your intake of starchy carbohydrates.

Few people can completely avoid starchy carbs (breads, cereals, potatoes, rice, etc.). Learn to rotate/cycle/shift your starchy carb intake and you'll be able to enjoy these high-energy foods while still maintaining a "hot" fat-burning metabolism.

Not doing both strength training and cardio exercise regularly.

Exercise is 100% necessary to burn calories and fat as quickly as possible. Don't buy into the marketing BS/hype surrounding many diet programs and "fat burner" supplements that promise fast, easy fat loss with no exercise. You'll need to perform both strength exercise as well as cardio exercise in order to build a leaner, fitter body quickly.

Taking diet/weight loss supplements that provide little or no benefits.

Most diet supplements are total crap. Focus on the few supplements iwht proven weight loss/health-boosting benefits: whey protein, multivitamins, and omega-3 fats.
